I and relinquish all rights to the “vehicle”, and am voluntarily surrendering it back to the “dealer”. All paperwork received from the “dealer” that is associated with the “vehicle” is now void. Further, I give permission to the “dealer” to void any ownership of the “vehicle” with the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles.

I/WE, and , being in default in the payment of my/our obligations to the above named secured party, hereby consent(s) to the secured party’s acceptance of the vehicle in full satisfaction of my/our obligation to the secured party. I/We specifically acknowledge that this consent is given after the secured party obtained possession of my/our vehicle either through repossession or my/our voluntary surrender of the vehicle to the secured party. I/We furthermore acknowledge that the secured party shall have no obligation to account to me/us for any surplus, if any, obtained upon disposition of the collateral. To the extent permissible under applicable law, I/we hereby expressly waive any rights which I/we may have accruing to me/us under the Uniform Commercial Code, as adopted by the state, including, but not limited to, a specific waiver of any mandatory disposition of the vehicle. I/We furthermore expressly represent that by execution of this instrument, I/we have removed and retained all of my/our personal items from said vehicle and I/we release secured party from any liability for any property in the vehicle after the execution of this notice. To the extent any portion of this agreement shall be prohibited by, invalid or or unenforceable under applicable law, such portion shall be severed and ineffective, and the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected and shall continue to be in full force and effect.
